World Champion Latte Art
I'd be pushing it to say that my feeble attempts below are "world class"...
But I can certainly claim to have consumed world champion latte!
This guy, Jack Hanna (first from right), was the Australian Latte Art Champion and is now the WORLD LATTE ART CHAMPION!!! That is quite a claim to fame (as far as I am concerned anyway).
The exciting thing for me is that this guy used to man the machine at Mecca. I have had a number of his latte's. I've seen his name around but I only just realised that Jack and the guy at Mecca are one and the same.
I should have asked him for some pointers....

I'll go one better, I've had one of my coffees consumed by a world latte art champion (Ok, ex-WLAC now). I want to go to Mecca! Where is it? If I were planning, say, to take Drew to Single Origin in the school hols, would it be close enough to go to Mecca in the same trip?
Oh heck, it's gotta be closer to SO than the Central Coast!!

SO is near central station. next station up is Town Hall and Mecca is about 3 blocks north of town hall.
On King St between Clarence and York Sts.

Scott Callaghan, at the Latte Art Course I went to at Di Bartoli. I pulled a shot, with the intention of using it to practice latte art on, and he stole it to drink, cuz he thought it looked like a good shot! I was, needless to say, stoked!
